Congratulations to Andrea Kullenberg who this month celebrates 15 years with MilDef, Helsingborg, Sweden. In her role as an HR Assistant she is in constant contact with everyone in the company and with her great attitude and contagious smile, very appreciated by all. She works with recruitment, onboarding and everything in between, while also being a part of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee in Sweden.
“I started as a receptionist in 2005 when the company had a small, family feeling that we “old ones” still refer to. Now, fifteen years down the line I have grown with the MilDef family, working as an HR Assistant since 2015. I usually say that you can always come to me and ask me everything. If I don’t have the answer, I usually know the one who does. MilDef is producing rugged equipment but I focus on the soft values within the company that make it possible.”
