MilDef Signs Framework Agreement with FMV for OneCIS™ Software, Hardware and Integration Solutions
MilDef has signed a seven-year framework agreement with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for OneCIS™, rugged hardware and integration services. The agreement supports the continued digitalisation of the Swedish Armed Forces and has a potential value of up to SEK 1.5 billion.
A long-term framework agreement with FMV
The framework agreement covers a comprehensive command-and-control support solution designed to strengthen interoperability and connectivity within the Swedish Armed Forces. It includes MilDef’s OneCIS™ software, associated rugged hardware, system integration, and services spanning the entire lifecycle—from concept and development to production, operation, maintenance and decommissioning.
MilDef has supplied tactical IT solutions to FMV since 1997. The new agreement expands this long-standing collaboration by enabling broader implementation of OneCIS™ across the Swedish Armed Forces. The software is already operational within the Swedish Navy and deployed by several Nordic defense organisations, where it enables secure communications, rapid deployment of tactical IT services and interoperability between tactically cooperating units within NATO.
Delivering integrated defense capabilities
Under the framework agreement, MilDef will be able to deliver hardware, software, integrated system solutions, maintenance, training, and technical and logistical support to operational units across the Army, Navy and Air Force.
