HotTab for ALGIZ 8X Release notes

These are the release notes for the HotTab for Algiz 8X article.

• HH8_A40.3.28 (aug 2023)
  – Modify package power cpu temp, battery polling time and package power limit.
• HH8_A40.3.21 (dec 2019)
  – Fixed an issue, where GPS does not work sometimes. Hottab now initialize GPS module on startup.
• HH8_A40.3.20 (nov 2019)
  – Remove device OSK-Correction(touch keyboard).
  – Other minor improvements and fixes.
• HH8_A40.3.17 (nov ‎2018)
  – New backup battery status in HotTab: LOW (0-70% charge) and HIGH (70-100% charge).
