The D Family supports defense programs that need rugged Windows devices for mission-critical field applications. As a result, users can work with maps, C2 tools, reports, communication workflows and operational data outside fixed office environments. The family includes larger tablet formats for vehicle and command use, as well as compact handheld options for mobile users.

Several products in the D Family support removable storage, docking, configurable buttons and optional wireless functions. Therefore, customers can match each device to specific operational roles, from mounted C2 and field data access to compact handheld computing. The range also supports customization options such as connectors, mounting solutions and program-specific configurations.

In addition, the D Family is built for long-term defense programs where lifecycle support and platform continuity are important. Products such as DR13 continue an established form factor, while newer platforms such as DS16P add updated processing, display and interface capabilities. This gives customers both continuity and modernization within the same product family.

    DS16P Series

    Ultra-rugged 10.1” Windows tablet for military field applications

    The DS16P Series provides ultra-rugged Windows tablet capability for demanding military field use. Built on Windows 11 IoT and powered by an Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 processor, the tablet combines a 10.1” high-brightness display, user-removable SSD storage, Thunderbolt™ 4, configurable keys and optional Fischer interfaces. It supports field, vehicle and platform applications that require performance, rugged reliability and long-term customization.

    The DK13 Series provides rugged Windows tablet capability for tactical military environments where reliability, performance and situational awareness matter. Built with an Intel® Core™ i7 processor, a 12.1” resistive display, removable SSD, removable battery and programmable function keys, it supports both mounted and dismounted use. The tablet suits C2, battle management and field applications that need rugged mobility, vehicle mounting options and configurable communication interfaces.

    The DH8 Series provides fully rugged Windows handheld capability for demanding field environments. Built with an Intel® Atom™ processor, a 5.7” HD display, hot-swappable batteries and a compact CNC-milled aluminium chassis, it supports mobile users who need reliable operation in a handheld format. The device offers Windows 10/11 support, Wi-Fi 6, optional GNSS, docking, USB-C with Power Delivery and configurable military Fischer connectors for program-specific integration.

As the sixth generation of the DR series, it keeps the established form factor to support accessory reuse, easier replacement and lower integration impact for existing DR-series users. The tablet combines Intel® Core™ i7 performance, up to 32 GB RAM, removable SSD and battery, programmable function keys and docking support for demanding field and platform applications.
